SNDA’s annual King’s Feast
Members of the dental school’s Student National Dental Association chapter gather for a group photo at the 39th annual King’s Feast, held in Ann Arbor on Feb. 1, 2020. The annual event celebrates the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The keynote speaker was Dr. Deirdre Young (DDS 2006), Assistant Dean for Institutional Equity and Inclusion at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. About 100 people attended the dinner, which also featured student presentations, remarks from the dean and faculty, and the introduction of distinguished alumni, undergraduates who will be joining the dental school, and prospective dental students and their parents.
